Day 1Arrival – Welcome to Panama City

Welcome to Panama! Guests will be greeted at the airport and transferred to our hotel in the heart of Panama City. After settling in, everyone will meet for a complimentary welcome dinner at 7 p.m., a great opportunity to connect, share first impressions, and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2Discover Panama City

Panama City is the vibrant capital of the country—modern, fast-growing, and rich in history. We'll begin with an orientation and short seminar at the hotel before heading out to explore the city's most popular neighborhoods and see local homes and rentals firsthand. After lunch, enjoy a guided walking tour through Casco Viejo, the city's colorful colonial district, finishing with a rooftop sunset dinner overlooking the Pacific skyline.

Day 3From City Life to the Coast

After breakfast, visit a local private hospital and pharmacy to learn about Panama's healthcare system and insurance options. Then stop at Albrook Mall before leaving the city. Lunch in Costa Verde, followed by a scenic coastal drive to Coronado, Panama's most established beach community. Check in, unwind, and enjoy dinner in Coronado.

Day 4Exploring Coronado & Coastal Towns

Tour Coronado and nearby beach areas, visiting rentals and homes for sale to get a feel for expat living on the Pacific coast. Journey down the coast, passing charming seaside towns and stopping in Chitré and Las Tablas before arriving in Pedasí, a peaceful fishing village known for its natural beauty. Dinner and overnight in Pedasí.

Day 5Life in Pedasí

Today is dedicated to discovering Pedasí and life on the Pacific coast—one of Panama's most beloved coastal gems. Explore neighborhoods, visit available properties, and discuss the local community. The afternoon is yours to relax by the beach or explore the town's artisanal shops before dinner in Pedasí. Option to visit Playa Venao, known for world-class year-round surfing.

Day 6Journey to the Highlands

After breakfast, journey inland toward the highlands of Chiriquí Province. Pass through David, Panama's second-largest city and main commercial hub of the west. By early afternoon, arrive in Boquete, the country's most beloved mountain town. Spend the afternoon exploring the town center, local cafés, shops, and markets, and finish with dinner alongside Boquete's thriving expat community.

Day 7Boquete Living

Discover why Boquete is one of Panama's most popular relocation destinations. Tour neighborhoods such as Alto Boquete and Volcán, visit rental and real-estate options, and learn about life in the Chiriquí Province. Visit a coffee or chocolate farm, stroll through the local artisan market, and wrap up with a farewell dinner in Boquete.

Day 8Departure via David

After breakfast, drive to David to catch a short domestic flight back to Panama City. This marks the end of our scouting journey. Not ready to leave? Talk to your host about extending your trip to Bocas del Toro, one of the most beautiful archipelagos on the Caribbean coast—just 4 hours from Boquete.
