Day 1 – Arrival in Montevideo
Arrive in Montevideo and settle in, with time to rest, explore the neighborhood, or take your first stroll along the Rambla as you ease into life in Uruguay.
Day 2 – Pocitos & Punta Carretas
Explore two of Montevideo's most popular coastal neighborhoods, known for walkability, cafés, and everyday livability, followed by an orientation seminar covering what it actually takes to live in Uruguay.
Day 3 – Coastal Towns: Atlántida & Piriápolis
Travel east along the coast to visit relaxed beach towns like Atlántida and Piriápolis, getting a feel for smaller-city living with ocean views and a slower pace.
Day 4 – Punta del Este & La Barra
Spend the day in Punta del Este and La Barra, comparing glamorous resort-style living with artsy, laid-back beach culture and seeing how locals live beyond the tourist season.
Day 5 – Ciudad Vieja & Parque Rodó
